acceptable stay with some drawbacks
musty smell slow service
the location right on the beach was acceptable. it provides easy access to the sea.
the room had a noticeable musty smell. i found the lack of attentiveness from some staff quite bothersome. ordering drinks by the pool took longer than it should have.

Excellent Stay at a Great Hotel
generous portions perfect pool obliging staff
The breakfast included generous portions and a great variety. The pool was perfect for children because it had a shallow and a deep end. The staff are obliging. They always go above and beyond. Indah sought out a special request with a smile.
the toilet drainage was not working properly thus the bathroom had a pungent smell

The staff demonstrated friendliness and were always ready to help with any requests. They provided prompt service at the swim-up bar and throughout the resort. I found the staff genuinely cared about making my stay nice.

My room had comfortable beds and the air conditioning worked efficiently. The room included a safe, minibar, and a tv with several channels. I observed that housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

EXCELLENT stay!
fresh fruit local pastries modern equipment swim-up bar
THE breakfast buffet offered MANY options including fresh fruit and local pastries. I used the fitness center. It had modern equipment. I enjoyed the pool area. It featured ample seating and a swim-up bar. The staff arranged a scooter rental for me. This made exploring the area easy.
THE music from nearby establishments was audible in the evenings sometimes.

Fantastic Bali Experience
The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Staff members were very attentive. I found the resort's environment calm and relaxing, PERFECT for unwinding after a long day of activities.
